There's no denying that we are both obsessed with healthy brunch cafes. Renowned for its coffee and cafe culture, both of us have decided to venture out to discover more of Melbourne's hidden charms.
Having been a secret project, Pressed Juices released on Instagram a few weeks ago that their first ever sit-down restaurant opened! After hearing about this, May and I knew that an immediate visit had to happen.
Every time we visit in store to try a different juice, Pressed Juices never seems to disappoint. Whether it be the fruity refreshes, green juices or milky smoothies, they all taste amazing! All the juices are made fresh and are completely revitalizing!

The interior of The Pressed Lab is absolutely adorable! With a combination of rustic tables and modern furniture, it creates a very refreshing and soothing ambiance. Once you step foot into the cafe, you're immediately greeted by the warm staff and lead to your seats.

The food was presented absolutely gorgeously; lots of colour and edible flowers sprinkled on top. This chia pudding was slightly different to what I'm used to; gloopy and falls like thick cake batter. However, this pudding was quick thick and packed with flavour. Absolutely delicious!

The barely pudding was quite interesting and definitely very filling! The raspberries and edible flowers added a nice clean flavour to cut through the chocolate mousse. This dish had more chocolate than expected, so if you're a chocolate lover I'd definitely recommend this one!
